King's Quest IX Saved!

A bit ago I posted about how Vivendi had decided to shut down a fan project to create a King's Quest IX game. Well, it appears that Vivendi actually did the sane thing. They came to an agreement with the developers of the game and are letting them move foward. Thank you Vivendi! The link below gives more information.
